Our factory
AquaSust is a leading water treatment solution supplier in the industry, with ISO9001-2015, CE, ROHS certificated, etc. We provide aeration diffuser production, sales, water treatment design, consulting and other services.
AquaSust boasts a team of professional engineers with 20 years of experience, and collaborates with multiple universities in China. We operate a factory covering an area of over 21,000㎡, and equip it with 15 fully automated MBBR media production lines and 15 fully automated aeration diffuser production lines. These state-of-the-art facilities enable us to efficiently meet your demands for bulk orders. No matter it's for industrial and municipal wastewater treatment, Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS), or other applications.
Manufacturing Facilities
Rubber membrane production workshop
For aeration diffusers, AquaSust has built a complete diaphragm industry chain. This includes material research and development, formula design, rubber mixing preparation, diaphragm vulcanization molding, and system application. For stable supply of materials, we have teamed up with a Japanese rubber company to build a rubber mixing center. We have also set up a complete set of extrusion molding and vulcanization molding production workshops to produce different types of diffuser membranes. This includes EPDM tube diaphragms, disc diaphragms, silicone tube diaphragms, disc diaphragms, etc.

About Our Products
Lab & SOTE Testing
Design And Development
In order to continuously develop the film, we have established a rubber technology research and development and testing center, and introduced a large number of equipment for:
- Test refiner/opener/vulcanizer - prepare small material samples for performance data comparison.
- Electronic stretching machine - test the tensile strength, elongation, tear strength, etc. of materials and finished films
- Vulcanizer and Mooney viscometer - calibrate the processing data of each group
- Heat aging test chamber and ozone aging chamber - test the aging performance of the film
- Various chemical analysis instruments - analyze the physical and chemical properties of the film
Aeration Diffuser SOTE Test
Every AquaSust product meets the industry's highest performance standards because we use:
- Advanced SOTE testing technologyAdvanced SOTE testing technology - to evaluate the standard oxygen transfer efficiency of aeration systems.
- Latest CAD and modeling software - to custom detailed, accurate engineering drawings for every project. Whether it is preliminary design planning or final implementation.
Main Manufacturing Process
The manufacturing process of our aeration diffusers mainly involves the following operations
Selection And Preparation Of Raw Materials
Manufacturing Process
Quality Control

Plastic: such as ABS, UPVC
Rubber: (for sealing parts: Nitrile rubber (NBR) or EPDM)
Metal (if any): 304 or 316 stainless steel

Molding (for diaphragm diffuser): The material is made into diaphragm shape by injection molding or compression molding process.
Extrusion Molding (for tube diffuser): It's a process that shapes plastic or metal into a desired form by forcing molten material through a die.
Microporous Processing: Laser drilling techniques or mechanical drilling are used to create micropores in the diaphragm or tube body.
Assembly: Install the rubber seals into the corresponding positions of the plastic housing and secure them by means of snap fasteners, threaded connections or glue bonding.

Appearance Inspection: Perform an appearance inspection on the assembled aeration diffuser. This includes surface defects (bubbles, cracks, scratches), as well as the neatness and tightness of the assembly of each part.
Dimensional Inspection: Check the size of each component and the distribution of micropores. The result decides whether their installation is smooth or not in the aeration system.
Bubble Test: Observe the size and distribution of bubbles produced by the diffuser in the water. Uniform and fine bubbles represent good aeration effect.
Pressure Test: Check the performance of the diffuser under a certain pressure.
Vacuum Test: Measure the ventilation volume of the diffuser under working pressure and whether it has gas leaks.
