Agent contract signed for one year first, no requirements for sales amount, the second year to check the exclusive agent/qualifications
When we follow up same customer

- ② If the Netherlands customer doesn't accept to buy from Puredutch, he/she can buy directly from Aquasust and we pay Puredutch a commission.
- ③ Puredutch customers who have filed with us are protected by Aquasust, and Aquasust will not quote them.
