Aquasust's goal is to help combat the global water crisis. In our daily production, we naturally align our operations with sustainable development. The following measures are used to do this:

Technological Innovation

Aquasust focuses on the development and application of efficient wastewater treatment technologies, such as MBBR (moving bed biofilm reactor) technology. Take Aquasust's product MBBR78S as an example. It accelerates the water purification process by optimizing the structure and material of the biofilm carrier, allowing microorganisms to attach and metabolize better.

Resource Conservation

We strictly manage the procurement and production process of raw materials. On the production line, we optimize the production process and process to allocate the input of raw materials. This enables us to reduce the waste of raw materials.

Environmental Protection

Waste generated in the water treatment process will be strictly classified, treated and disposed of by us. Everything is implemented on the basis of compliance with environmental protection standards. AquaSust also actively participates in water ecological restoration projects to promote the recovery of ecosystems by improving water quality and restoring aquatic habitats.

Solar Power Generation

AquaSust's factory is covered with large solar panels to provide clean electricity for daily operations instead of traditional power grids. This can reduce dependence on fossil energy and emissions of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide.

Internal Water Recycling

We have built an advanced internal water circulation system. Wastewater generated during the production process is efficiently collected and professionally treated to remove impurities and pollutants. Then they flow back to the production process for equipment cooling, cleaning, etc.

Energy-Efficient Lighting

AquaSust's factory is equipped with energy-saving LED lighting fixtures. Compared with traditional lighting methods, power consumption is reduced by about 85% and only requires very little maintenance. This can reduce overall power consumption and carbon emissions.

Variable Frequency Machines

We equip various production equipment with frequency conversion technology. They can intelligently adjust the power output of the equipment according to the changes in the needs of real-time production tasks. This avoids wasting energy when the equipment is idling or running at low load.
