It consists of a variety of equipment and treatment sections. The main types include
- Raw Material Screening Machine: Screens plastic pellets, additives, removes impurities/automatically proportions raw materials according to formulas.
- Injection Molding Unit: Setting injection parameters including temperature, pressure, speed, etc.
- Automated Assembly: assembling the parts after injection molding.
- Quality Inspection: such as size measuring instrument, strength tester, porosity tester, etc.
- Packaging and Marking Unit: Packaging the qualified MBBR products/Marking the products with production date, batch number, specification number, etc. through laser marking or coding equipment.

A traction machine is an auxiliary device in the manufacture of MBBR media. It uses a set of gripper wheels or belts that engage with the plastic part to pull the plastic extrudate (e.g. pipe or profile) out of the extruder at a controlled speed. They are characterized by:
- Applying controlled tension to the extruded plastic material to move it smoothly through the production line
- Stabilizing the thickness and shape of the MBBR media
- Preventing defects such as ellipticity in pipes

The baking system (material dryer) is a device that removes moisture from materials through heat transfer. Its heat source includes hot air, infrared, microwave or others. It converts the water molecules in the material from liquid to gas, and then discharges them through the ventilation system, thereby drying the plastic.

Spectrum Analyzer - to determine the chemical structure and composition of MBBR raw materials (e.g. plastic polymers, additives, etc.)
Thermogravimetric Analyzer (TGA) - to study the thermal stability and weight loss of materials at different temperatures to measure the temperature tolerance range
(2) Product Performance Testing
Coordinate Measuring Machine - to measure the outer diameter, inner diameter, height, pore size of MBBR, etc.
Universal Material Testing Machine - to test the mechanical properties of MBBR, such as compressive strength, impact strength, etc.
