Tube Diffuser

Our fine bubble tube diffusers deliver high oxygen transfer efficiency, with anti-clogging designs that ensure easy maintenance and long-lasting performance across a variety of aeration systems.
- ABS body and EPDM membrane with UV protectant - more corrosion resistant.
- EPDM membrane imported from Lanxess, Germany - uses less plasticizer and is not easy to age and become brittle.
- Moderate membrane thickness - 1.8 to 2.0mm, small pressure loss during use.
- Double check valve and crack - keep the air duct sealed to prevent clogging by silt and water.
- Slit shape design - high oxygen diffusion efficiency.

The membrane material is the key factor in determining a tube diffuser's performance. AquaSust specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of aeration membranes and provides four main types of tube diffuser membranes:
- EPDM
- PTFE
- Silicon
- TPU

EPDM Tube Diffuser
The diffuser utilizes an EPDM membrane with a "bimodal" molecular weight distribution. EPDM combines the mechanical strength of a high molecular weight polymer with the processability of a low molecular weight polymer. It maintains high resilience in extreme temperatures and resists tearing.
This diffuser is used in secondary wastewater treatment lilke:
- 1. Municipal and industrial wastewater.
- 2. Lake and river restoration and treatment
- 3. Aquaculture

Silicone Tube Diffuser
We use vinylslicone rubber and low benzene silicone rubber to make the membrane of this difuser. These materials make it resistant to corosion of pharmaceutical and cheical raw materials. in adition, they maintain high elasticity during the vulcanizaion process and obtain a tear strength of morethan 35KN/m.
Secondary wastewater suitable for this diffuser:
- 1. Urban sewage
- 2. Industrial wastewater
- 3. Remediation of lakes and rivers
- 4. Aquaculture
In addition to our premium standard wastewater products and equipment, AquaSust offers flexible OEM and ODM
partnerships tailored to your project needs. Partner with us to create solutions that perfectly fit your requirements.
At AquaSust, we don't just supply high-quality tube diffusers, our engineering team works closely with clients to design and deliver complete, customized aeration systems.
Introduction: Our aeration system is primarily composed of the bottom aeration system, riser and riser, guide rail system, and liftingboom. The lifting equipment consists of five components.
Application: This aeration system is suitable for new proiects, renovation proiects, and continuous water renovation projects. lt is particularly recommended for large and medium-sized municipal sewage treatment plants and industrial wastewater treatment plants. And an overall frame structure is used to improve the stability of the aeration system.

Q: What are the benefits of tube diffuser aeration systems?
A: Tube diffuser aeration systems provide uniform fine bubble distribution, high oxygen transfer efficiency, low energy consumption, and long-term reliability. They are easy to install and maintain, making them ideal for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment applications.
Q: How do fine air bubble tube diffusers improve wastewater treatment?
A: Fine air bubble tube diffusers generate thousands of microbubbles, increasing the contact area between air and water. This enhances oxygen transfer, accelerates biological treatment processes, and reduces overall energy costs in wastewater treatment plants.
Q: Where can I find fine bubble tube diffusers for sale?
A: AquaSust offers a wide range of fine bubble tube diffusers for sale, including EPDM, PTFE, and flexible membrane options, suitable for both municipal and industrial wastewater applications. Contact us to request a catalog or a quotation.
Q: What is a flexible membrane tube diffuser and when should I use it?
A: A flexible membrane tube diffuser features a resilient membrane that resists fouling, scaling, and chemical corrosion. It is ideal for wastewater with high solids content or variable water quality, providing long-lasting performance and stable oxygen transfer.
Q: Can tube diffusers be used in ponds or aquaculture systems?
A: Yes, pond air diffuser tubes can be used for aerating ponds, fish farms, and other aquaculture systems. They provide gentle, uniform oxygenation to improve water quality and aquatic life survival rates, while minimizing energy consumption.
Q: Should I use disc or tube diffusers for wastewater treatment?
A: The choice between disc and tube diffusers depends on your tank layout and treatment goals. Tube diffusers are best for long channels, oxidation ditches, or large-area tanks, providing uniform fine bubble aeration. Disc diffusers are more compact and suitable for modular installations or tanks with smaller footprints. For high oxygen transfer efficiency and flexible air flow, fine bubble tube diffusers are often preferred in municipal and industrial wastewater applications.
