Welding Gun

Welding gun is one of the main equipment for hot air welding. It consists of heating elements, nozzles and so on. They can be divided as followings on their structure:

• Gas welding gun: It utilizes the combustion of a combustible gas (a mixture of hydrogen or acetylene and air) to heat the coil in order to heat the compressed air fed to the coil to the desired temperature. The amount of air fed into or out of the coil is regulated by a plug.
• Electric welding gun: Its heating device consists of a ceramic grooved tube and an electric wire therein. The welding speed varies depending on the nozzle configuration.
• Fast welding gun: The rapid torch is made by improving the structure of the torch nozzle. It is characterized by its ability to heat up and melt the wire quickly, speeding up the welding process.
• Automatic welding gun: It is often used in conjunction with automated welding systems. Its structure includes welding head, wire feeding mechanism, traveling mechanism, control system and so on. The torch allows us to weld at pre-set welding speeds, currents, wire feed speeds, etc.
