1. Warranty Period
Any water treatment products purchased from our company is guaranteed to be in good repair for one year. If, as in the case of a quality problem within the warranty period, Aquasust will repair it free of charge.

2. Warranty-free Conditions
The following situations will not be covered by our warranty service:
- The product is not used normally.
- Wet storage in abnormal conditions.
- Unauthorized repair, misuse, abuse and change.
- The damage caused by inappropriate preservation,maintain, or the usage of our customer.
- The normal wear and tear of the product.
- The shelf life has expired.
- The breakdown caused by the manipulation that hasn' t follow the requests of the Manual.
