AS-MBBR19● Suitable for general sewage treatment: AS-MBBR19 filler is the most classic and widely used filler in MBBR process, suitable for municipal sewage and industrial wastewater treatment.

AS-MBBR37● Moderate surface area (>800 m²/m³): It has a larger biological attachment area. This makes it suitable for high - load sewage treatment, to improve the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen and organic matter.
● Suitable for deep denitrification: Due to its large surface area, AS-MBBR37 filler is more suitable for nitrification processes and the ones that require efficient denitrification (such as BAF, AAO processes).
● More complex structure: The geometric design of AS-MBBR37 filler is more complex than that of AS-MBBR04 filler. It enhances microbial attachment and suits better for low temperature or low load environments.
● Suitable for high-load industrial wastewater: Due to its stronger biofilm carrying capacity, AS-MBBR37 filler performs well in the treatment of high-concentration organic wastewater like: food processing, aquaculture, and pharmaceuticals. -
AS-MBBR78● Larger surface area: AS-MBBR78 filler has a larger biological attachment surface, so it can support the attachment of more microorganisms. It is used mostly in high-concentration sewage, with improved treatment effect.
● Suitable for deep denitrification: Due to its large surface area, AS-MBBR78 is particularly suitable for processes such as nitrification and denitrification. It is especially suitable for the ones that requires deep denitrification, like BAF and AAO.
● Structural complexity: The geometric design of AS-MBBR78 filler is more complex, with enhanced attachment ability of microorganisms. It is particularly suitable for sewage treatment with heavy loads, to optimize the growth and reproduction of microbial populations.
● Suitable for industrial wastewater treatment: AS-MBBR78 filler has a strong load-bearing capacity, which is particularly suitable for high-concentration industrial wastewater treatment. It can effectively improve treatment efficiency, and is widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, steel, and pharmaceuticals. -
AS-MBBR92● Improved mass transfer efficiency: More holes can intensify the turbulence of water flow in the reactor, promote the full contact between sewage and biofilm, and facilitate the transfer of organic matter, ammonia nitrogen and other substrates from the water body to the surface of the biofilm. At the same time, it is conducive to the discharge of gases such as carbon dioxide and nitrogen produced by microbial metabolism, effectively improving the treatment efficiency of the reactor.
