Aeration Diffuser

In environmental protection and industrial water treatment, aeration diffusers are mainly used to put oxygen into water or other liquids. How well they work matters a lot for the efficiency of biological processes in wastewater treatment, aquaculture, and other uses. Recently, Aquasust's Brazilian customers tested the aeration diffusers and recorded the details in a video. The video shows how Aquasust's aeration diffusers work in real life and why the customers trust Aquasust so much.

Demonstration of the Working Principle of Aeration Diffusers

As the aeration equipment starts up, the video clearly shows how these diffusers work. First, compressed air is transported to the aeration diffusers through pipelines. The micro-holes evenly distributed on the surface of the diffuser body serve as channels for the air to escape. When the air gushes out from these micro-holes, a large number of tiny bubbles are instantly formed in the water.

Through the underwater footage captured by professional filming equipment, we can directly observe that the bubbles evenly escape from the micro-holes of the aeration diffusers and form a dense layer of bubbles at the bottom of the entire pool. These dense bubbles are evenly distributed to avoid insufficient aeration in local areas.

Compared with ordinary diffusers, the bubbles generated by Aquasust's aeration diffusers are finer. They can rise rapidly and disperse in the water body, increasing the gas-liquid contact area. As we konw, the smaller the bubbles are, the larger their contact area with water will be, which leads to higher oxygen transfer efficiency will be. That's why AquaSust's aeration diffusers provide the water body with more abundant dissolved oxygen.

Feedback and Evaluation from Brazilian Customers

After completing the test, Brazilian customers spoke highly of Aquasust's aeration diffusers. They said that among the numerous aeration products they had come across before, these aeration diffusers had obvious advantages, including:
● Higher-efficiency oxygenation capability - significantly shortening the water treatment cycle
● More uniform distribution of bubbles - making the treatment effect more stable
● Lower energy consumption - meeting the requirements of environmental protection and energy conservation
The customers stated that, the test results had strengthened their confidence in further cooperation with Aquasust. And they expect to fully apply this product in future water treatment projects, contributing to the local environmental protection cause in Brazil.
