1. Installation of sludge discharge pipe at the bottom of the sedimentation tank
The installation sequence of inclined pipe sedimentation tank generally starts from the bottom, and the installation of the bottommost sludge discharge pipeline system is completed first, so as to ensure that the opening of the sludge discharge pipe meets the design requirements, is fixed firmly, and is checked before it is allowed to enter the next installation process.
2. Complete the installation of the packing bracket
According to the construction drawing of the installation of the packing bracket of the inclined pipe sedimentation tank, the packing bracket is installed in place first, check that all the welding joints are firm, the strength of the bracket is enough to bear the weight of the packing, and the anti-corrosion treatment is completed on the surface of the bracket;
3. The step is to complete the scalding of the inclined tube packing
According to the scaling method of inclined tube packing, each inclined tube packing is packaged as a separate ironing unit, and a unit is 1m2 after the completion of the ironing, and it is neatly stacked on the site after the ironing is completed (a small amount of loose pieces are reserved for later use).

4. The inclined pipe packing pool is assembled
The hot packed packing unit is assembled from left to right on the top of the packing holder. Always keep the 60° angle unchanged, each unit should be properly pressed when assembled in sequence, and if the size is not just right when assembled to the far right, it needs to be scalded with loose oblique tube packing according to the size and assembled until all are in place.
5. The upper part of the inclined tube packing is fixed
Because the specific gravity of the inclined pipe packing is 0.92 slightly less than water, the inclined pipe packing needs to be pulled on the round steel of 10mm from left to right above the packing after being assembled in the pool (the upper part of the packing of each unit requires two round bars to pass), the two ends of the round steel are reliably fixed on the wall of the sedimentation tank, and the loose floating phenomenon that may occur when the inclined pipe packing is used in the initial use can be well prevented after the installation of round steel, and the round steel adopts epoxy coal asphalt for anti-corrosion.
6. Operation and debugging of inclined tube sedimentation tank
(1) Check whether the inlet water is uniform, and shall not cause impact on the sedimentation tank and affect the sedimentation effect;
(2) Adjust the height and levelness of the outlet weir to be appropriate to keep the outlet even;
(3) After the above construction procedures, the installation of inclined tube sedimentation tank filler has been completed. After normal use, it is necessary to determine the sludge discharge cycle according to the concentration of suspended solids in the inlet water, and pay attention to timely sludge discharge to ensure that the inclined pipe sedimentation tank always maintains a good operating state and satisfactory effluent quality.
