It uses a silicone rubber membrane through the air supply main and the air guide trough for microporous aeration. Aerator types are broadly divided into two categories: blast aeration and mechanical aeration. Blower aeration is the use of aeration blowers, microporous aeration tubes; An aeration method in which a spread plate or spread tube introduces air bubbles into the water. This method is mostly used for general sewage treatment. Mechanical aeration refers to the aeration method that uses impellers and other instruments to introduce air bubbles.
All liftable aeration tube equipment should meet the following 3 functions:
(1) Generate and maintain an effective air-water perception and maintain a certain concentration of dissolved oxygen in water under the continuous consumption of oxygen by biological oxidation;
(2) Generate sufficient mixing and water circulation in the aeration zone;
(3) Maintain sufficient velocity of the liquid so that the biological fluid in the water is in a floating state.
